Returns

Items must be received back to our warehouse no later than 14 days from the date you received your order.  Be sure to plan 5-10 days for transit time.  Please use a tracking service number when shipping back a return. The customer is responsible for return shipping cost.  We are not responsible for lost packages when shipping back a return.  Please include your packing slip with your return.  

 

Returns are processed on Wednesday and Friday.  Please allow time for returned items to be inspected before being credited.   

 

Items must be returned in their original condition.  They must not be altered in any way and must be in resalable condition.  This includes, but is not limited to the following:  deodorant stains, makeup stains from trying them on, perfumes, animal hair/scent, cigarette smoke, obvious wear, mildew scent, and not washed, etc... Personal items such as undergarments cannot be returned.  Earrings cannot be returned.   

 

We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a return or refuse a refund based on the return condition.   

 

Items discounted 30% or more will not be accepted as returns.   

 

Sale items cannot be refunded . ALL SALES FINAL 

 

Purchases made during special promotions (Black Friday sales, etc...) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

 

Refund type:  Store credit will be issued to the customer.  

 

Defective Items:  If you believe you've received a defective item you must notify us by email within THREE DAYS of the delivery confirmation date; otherwise it is considered wear and tear. No exceptions. 

 

WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES, IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR A DIFFERENT ITEM; PLEASE PLACE A NEW ORDER. 

 

SHIPPING:  Orders are shipped Monday-Friday; excluding holidays. We do not ship on weekends.  We only ship  through USPS. We do not offer express shipping.  Standard shipping is only available. All orders are shipped with tracking which will show in your  email you've provided at checkout.  You can track your packages at www.usps.com

 

Wild Roses Boutique is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.
